      Acceptance of Biodiesel

Biodiesel is widely accepted in the U.S. and abroad. In 2007, America produced over 450 million gallons of biodiesel domestically. Around the world, biodiesel has logged over 100 million miles in all types of vehicles. It is easily used in any modern diesel engine without modifications.

In a variety of blends, biodiesel is accepted under warranty terms by all major diesel engine manufacturers. Over the road trucks, transit fleets, construction equipment, consumer diesel cars and trucks, and many others can all share in the benefits of using biodiesel.

Much like ethanol or other alternative fuels, biodiesel is a drop-in, easily blended substitute for petroleum diesel. Also, biodiesel adds the benefit of lubricity to ultra-low sulphur petroleum diesel fuel. The increased lubricating properties in biodiesel enhances performance and reduces wear in diesel engines.

Major airlines around the world have sucessfully tested biodiesel for use in commercial jet engines. Virgin Atlantic, Continental, Japan Airlines, and New Zealand Airlines have all flown Boeing and Airbus airplanes using biodiesel, as they look to reduce the global carbon footprint of commercial air travel.

As America looks to renewable, alternative energy strategies, biodiesel is uniquely positioned as a solution that is available to everyone today---to fuel our economies and to fuel our future.

Fueleon is uniquely positioned to provide 3rd-generation (3G) solutions for sustainable biodiesel. We are the Future of Fuel.
